ll orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders fit through the letterbox. The shipping time is as shown below:

Returns

Are you not completely happy with your order? You can then return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the return conditions below.

Return conditions

* Mention your Name + Order Number on and in the package.

* Earrings or worn jewelry may not be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene.

* Sale items may not be returned.

* The costs of return shipping are for yourself.

* The order must be returned in the original packaging.

*The item must not be worn or damaged.

* Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns provided it does not meet the above conditions. Send us an email if you want to return an item.

The return costs are for your own account, and all shipping costs paid will be deducted from the return amount.


Exchange
You cannot directly exchange an item via our webshop. You can return the item to be replaced and order the desired item and have it delivered. You must then pay for the new order. Unfortunately, we cannot offset orders against each other.

Return address

Send an email with your order number for the return address to: info@myfashionjewels.nl.

You will receive information by email to return your order. Download our returns form and send it printed and completed in the package.

Where can I buy Myfashionjewels?

Our MYFASHIONJEWELS jewelry is exclusively available at www.myfashionjewels.nl. Occasionally our jewelry will be for sale at pop-up locations or fairs. This will be announced via our social media channels.

Can I get advice about the jewelry?

Do you have a question, comment or would you like advice? Please feel free to contact us via info@myfashionjewels or our chat function on the site. Our customer service is ready to help you, so don't hesitate! We'd love to help!

What material is the jewelry made of?

We have jewelry in our range of gold plated, silver 925, (premium) stainless steel, copper and zinc. Almost all our jewelry is made of stainless steel, also called stainless steel. This means that the jewelry cannot rust if it comes into contact with water, perfume, etc. Not all jewelry is made of stainless steel, so always read the product description carefully!

How are the jewelry packaged?

The jewelry is delivered in Myfashionjewels jewelry zip bag in which you can store the jewelry when you are not wearing it. We also sell jewelry boxes for €2.95 that you can purchase with your order. Furthermore, they are sent in a shipping envelope or letterbox box.

What are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping option for the Netherlands is €3.95. This shipping option is without Track&Trace. The package will be sent with Track & Trace for €4.95. Shipping in the Netherlands is free from €75. Would you like to know more about shipping and deliveries outside the Netherlands? Read here.

How long will it take before I receive my package?

If you place an order before 3:00 PM, your package will be prepared for shipment the same day! We try to deliver all orders to the postal service within 1-3 business days. The delivery time depends on each country. No mail is delivered on Sundays and Mondays, so please keep this in mind. Would you like to know more about delivery times per country? Click here.

I have received my order defective/incomplete, what should I do?

You can always send our customer service on the site a message if you have received your order defective/incomplete. Do this within 5 days of receiving your package. You can easily contact us via info@myfashionjewels.nl or via our contact form.

I have a complaint about my order. Where can I submit this?

What a shame that you are not completely satisfied with your order. We would of course like to hear how we can improve our service! Please feel free to contact our customer service at info@myfashionjewels.nl.

Can I return my package?

Yes, that is certainly possible! You can easily return your package. Return costs are at your own expense. Sale items, gift cards, mystery boxes, earrings and custom products cannot be returned. Click here to read how to return your package.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

After Myfashionjewels has received your package, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive your purchase amount back within 10 working days in the same way you paid.
