We have jewelry in our range of gold plated, silver 925, (premium) stainless steel, copper and zinc. Almost all our jewelry is made of stainless steel, also called stainless steel. This means that the jewelry cannot rust if it comes into contact with water, perfume, etc. Not all jewelry is made of stainless steel, so always read the product description carefully! Below we will give you more information about the materials and how to keep the jewelry beautiful for as long as possible.
BEADED JEWELRY
Our beaded jewelry is handmade. This handmade jewelry is finished with stainless steel parts, such as the extensions. This will prevent it from rusting.
We use high-quality glass beads for our beaded jewelry. These beads can withstand knocks and perspiration, but to prevent discoloration, we do not recommend showering or swimming with them. The beads contain a layer of plating, which can wear away after some time. This process is accelerated by contact with creams, perfume and water.
STAINLESS STEEL JEWELRY
The majority of our range consists of Stainless Steel jewelry. With very few exceptions, there may be a piece of jewelry that is not made of stainless steel. This is clearly stated in the product description, always read it carefully! Stainless steel does not rust. We do not recommend swimming with this jewelry, because chlorine affects this material. Please note that gold-colored jewelry always contains gold-colored plating. So this is a gold-colored layer. Stainless steel jewelry will never rust, but jewelry may change color over time as the plating wears off. How quickly this process takes varies depending on the acidity of the skin. We therefore advise against showering, sleeping or exercising with jewelry, as this can cause the jewelry to break more quickly. You can recognize this stainless steel collection by the product description, which clearly states that the piece of jewelry is stainless steel.
HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELERY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL?
With these tips your jewelry will stay beautiful for as long as possible:
- Do not shower, swim, exercise or sleep with jewelry.
Avoid contact with creams, perfume and other cosmetics.
- Store your jewelry in a box or in our waterproof zip bag that is included with every order.
- Polish your jewelry regularly. These cleaning cloths are supplied free of charge with an order amount of €30. These can also be purchased separately on the site, under the Accessories heading.

How are the jewelry packaged?
The jewelry is delivered in Myfashionjewels jewelry zip bag in which you can store the jewelry when you are not wearing it. We also sell jewelry boxes for €2.95 that you can purchase with your order. Furthermore, they are sent in a shipping envelope or letterbox box.
What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping option for the Netherlands is €3.95. This shipping option is without Track&Trace. The package will be sent with Track & Trace for €4.95. Shipping in the Netherlands is free from €75. Would you like to know more about shipping and deliveries outside the Netherlands? Read here.
How long will it take before I receive my package?
If you place an order before 3:00 PM, your package will be prepared for shipment the same day! We try to deliver all orders to the postal service within 1-3 business days. I have received my order defective/incomplete, what should I do?
You can always send our customer service on the site a message if you have received your order defective/incomplete. Do this within 5 days of receiving your package. You can easily contact us via info@myfashionjewels.nl or via our contact form.
I have a complaint about my order. Where can I submit this?

Can I return my package?
Yes, that is certainly possible! You can easily return your package. Return costs are at your own expense. Sale items, gift cards, mystery boxes, earrings and custom products cannot be returned. Click here to read how to return your package.
When will my purchase amount be refunded?
After Myfashionjewels has received your package, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive your purchase amount back within 10 working days in the same way you paid.
