We do our utmost to have as many products in stock as possible. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Do you see an item that is sold out, but that you really want? Then you can always send us a e-mail so that we can see what we can do for you.

 

Ordering in our online store is actually very simple. All you have to do is follow the steps below:

1. Put the desired products in your shopping cart. Go to the product you want to order, select a color/quantity, etc. if necessary. and click on the 'add to cart' button. The item is now ready for you in your shopping cart (top right of the page). You can of course continue shopping or pay immediately.

2. Go to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart at the top right. Here you will see all the items you have selected and the total amount. Check whether your order is correct, add a discount code if necessary and click on the 'proceed to checkout' button. PAY At Myfashionjewels you can shop online in a secure environment. We ensure that all your personal (bank) details are kept safe.

 

Our payments are made via Stripe. You can pay for your order with one of the following payment options:

iDeal

With iDeal you can pay online safely and quickly. You pay in the familiar internet banking environment of your own bank. You can use iDeal with the following banks: ABN-AMRO, ASN Bank, Bung, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or van Lanschot Bankiers.

 

PayPal

PayPal is a payment system where payments can be made from a bank account, credit card or from money received into the PayPal account. You can make payments worldwide with it. Bancontact Mister cash This is a payment system for Belgium, similar to iDeal. It is easy, fast and safe to use. When you pay with Mister Cash you will automatically be redirected to the secure environment of your own bank.

Credit card

You can pay by credit card quickly, safely and easily. You can choose when you pay the bill. With most credit cards, your purchases are insured against theft, damage and loss.

Our MYFASHIONJEWELS jewelry is exclusively available at www.myfashionjewels.nl. Occasionally our jewelry will be for sale at pop-up locations or fairs. This will be announced via our social media channels.

Can I get advice about the jewelry?

What material is the jewelry made of?

We have jewelry in our range of gold plated, silver 925, (premium) stainless steel, copper and zinc. Almost all our jewelry is made of stainless steel, also called stainless steel. This means that the jewelry cannot rust if it comes into contact with water, perfume, etc. Not all jewelry is made of stainless steel, so always read the product description carefully!

How are the jewelry packaged?

The jewelry is delivered in Myfashionjewels jewelry zip bag in which you can store the jewelry when you are not wearing it. We also sell jewelry boxes for €2.95 that you can purchase with your order. Furthermore, they are sent in a shipping envelope or letterbox box.

What are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping option for the Netherlands is €3.95. This shipping option is without Track&Trace. The package will be sent with Track & Trace for €4.95. Shipping in the Netherlands is free from €75. Would you like to know more about shipping and deliveries outside the Netherlands? Read here.

How long will it take before I receive my package?

If you place an order before 3:00 PM, your package will be prepared for shipment the same day! We try to deliver all orders to the postal service within 1-3 business days. I have received my order defective/incomplete, what should I do?

You can always send our customer service on the site a message if you have received your order defective/incomplete. Do this within 5 days of receiving your package. You can easily contact us via info@myfashionjewels.nl or via our contact form.

I have a complaint about my order. Where can I submit this?

What a shame that you are not completely satisfied with your order. We would of course like to hear how we can improve our service! Please feel free to contact our customer service at info@myfashionjewels.nl.

Can I return my package?

Yes, that is certainly possible! You can easily return your package. Return costs are at your own expense. Sale items, gift cards, mystery boxes, earrings and custom products cannot be returned. Click here to read how to return your package.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

After Myfashionjewels has received your package, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive your purchase amount back within 10 working days in the same way you paid.
